Rachel is the Operating Partner at Hanabi Capital. She manages a range of activities essential to operating a venture firm including investor relations, marketing, people, and finance. 

Before joining Hanabi, Rachel served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Index Ventures, a prominent venture capital firm. Prior to that, she spent nearly six years at Dropbox, where she held roles across communications, sales, and customer success. Her diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that scaling companies face.​

Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Harvard, with a minor in Sociology.
